Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, personal preference, accidental purchases, or orders placed with incorrect information.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only available if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

If there is a print error, manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. This helps us review your claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, it can no longer be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

After you've received your order, you have 30 days to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund them.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For the fastest resolution, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, print error, or incorrect item received

The most helpful photos are taken on a flat, well-lit surface with the issue clearly visible.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy
